Mistletoe (Viscum album) Powder – Organic Natural Dried Herb

1. Herbal Tea (Infusion or Cold Extract)

Cold Infusion (preferred method):

Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 1–2g) of mistletoe powder to a glass of cold water.

Let it soak overnight (6–12 hours).

Strain and drink once or twice a day on an empty stomach.

Hot Infusion (less common):

Pour hot (not boiling) water over 1 teaspoon of powder.

Let steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and drink.
